Accessibility Statement

Queue Development LLC is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Conformance Target

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

What We’re Doing

  • Embedding accessibility in design and development (semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, color-contrast checks).
  • Supporting keyboard-only navigation and visible focus states across interactive components.
  • Providing text alternatives for non-text content and captions/transcripts for time-based media where applicable.
  • Using headings, landmarks, and consistent navigation patterns across pages.
  • Testing with automated tools and assistive tech (e.g., screen readers) during major updates.
  • Training our team on accessibility best practices and inclusive content writing.

Compatibility & Limitations

The site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and on modern operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android). Some older browsers or unsupported assistive technologies may not provide the best experience.

Third-party content (e.g., embedded videos, maps, social widgets) may not fully meet our target. We encourage vendors to provide accessible alternatives and will assist with remediation where feasible.

Alternative Formats

If you need content in an alternative format (e.g., accessible PDF, large print), contact us and we’ll provide it in a reasonable timeframe.

  • If you prefer phone assistance, let us know via email and we’ll schedule a call.

Assessment & Review
